#GZDOOM 2.3.2 DRIVERS#
You need to look elsewhere, such as your drivers or any 3rd party OSD services you may have.

If it was a Windows 10 issue, everybody that used Windows 10 would be affected by this, and on a much larger scale as you claim it isnt exclusive to GZDoom. I'd suggest getting 2.3.2, or even better, 2.4.0 when it comes out soon. This is a Windows 10 issue because GZDoom and ZDoom BOTH dont work. :P Yes, you have to upgrade to at least 2.3.0 in order to use the console command.

Don't know why people are so averse to updating GZDoom.
