It is these artists that we have to credit for this respected reputation, and we here at Lyrical Lemonade try to honor this in every way possible by constantly bringing new Chicago acts into our headlines here on our website. While Chicago has been known as a reputable city in hip-hop for numerous years now, this revered position has not arrived without the constant innovation and hard work of the artists that so faithfully represent the prowess of their home city. Especially when it was paired with Bun B’s Trill Burgers. His D’USSE Watermelon Cooler was the highlight of my night. One of my favorite parts of the night was stopping by an exclusive VIP lounge area featuring the D’USSE ambassador and Houston’s rap legend Bun B. Friday also included amazing performances from Playboi Carti, Lil Yatchy, SSGKobe, Homixide Gang, Destroy Lonely, Fivio Foreign, and more. The crowd went absolutely nuts when he took the stage.

Even though YE dropped out of Rolling Loud, he made a surprise performance during Lil Durk’s performance. Friday was a very interesting night, as Kid Cudi, who was a last-minute replacement for YE, stormed off after crowd members repeatedly threw things onto the stage. This year’s festival headliners were Kid Cudi, Future, and Kendrick Lamar. While the festival began in Miami, over the years, Rolling Loud has expanded across the country and beyond.

Annually, they put together a lineup of the biggest and most influential acts in the genre.

If you’re not familiar, Rolling Loud is the largest hip-hop festival in the world. If you weren’t at Rolling Loud Miami this past weekend, you missed out on a stellar festival.
